2021年8月14日 教師專業發展實地考察：如何在深涌進行高中地理考察

協辦機構：明愛陳震夏郊野學園、香港地理學會
關於深涌：深涌是個「豐富」的考察地點 (“rich” field work site)。天然的深涌河道、深涌的客家聚落與村後的林地創造了考察的優勢。
活動目標：支援高中地理科的實地考察學習，協助教師在同一個地點規劃不同考察課題，提升教師帶領實地考察的技巧，及加強教師對深涌的認識。

The webinar Senior Secondary Learning and Teaching Strategies for the Geography Curriculum: Planning of Fieldwork Activities on the Topic “River Environment” will be organized by the Edu-cation Bureau aiming at introducing to teachers how the topic “River Environment” can be planned, and discussing the problems encountered by students during the fieldwork. The fieldwork site – Bride’s Pool will also be introduced in the video.

香港明愛一年一度的主要籌款活動，在港九新界分別六個地區舉行。籌辦明愛賣物會之目的不單是籌集善款，更是一項有意義的活動，一方面加強明愛與堂區間的合作，另一方面讓天主教學校、堂區及明愛服務單位能像大家庭般攜手合作參與賣物會工作。

Outreach workshop – S.K.H. All Saints Middle School ‘Plankton Go’

Our biology teachers visit S.K.H. All Saints Middle School to deliver a workshop about marine planktons. Students learn about the microscopic observation techniques and identify different zooplanktons and phytoplankton.
